Never 99 9th Annual Holiday Giveaway. Never 99 provided essentials for 500 residents temporarily housed at Pacific Garden Mission. This year's contributes were OEMC, Chicago Police Department, IBEW, 40+ Double Dutch, I Impact, Letina Brady-Pettis, Black Girls In The City, Javar E. Shorty Jr. Foundation, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Brighter Behavior Choices/Recovery Cafe.
Never 99 8th Annual Homeless Holiday Giveaway was a great success. Thank you Pacific Garden Mission for hosting us. Our sponsors this year were the Office of Emergency Management and Communications, the Chicago Police Department, Black Girls in the City, Brighter Behavior Choices & the Recovery Café Network, The National Association of University Women-Windy City Branch, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated- Zeta Tau Zeta Metropolitan Chicago Graduate Chapter & Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated- Epsilon Chi Sigma Chapter. Additional sponsors were IBEW Local 21 and everyone that donated especially my coworkers who never fail to support me each and every time.

Thanks Area 3 Detective Division Sergeant & Lieutenant for coming out today to assist Never 99 and the 001 District Chicago Police with our weekly homeless outreach. Your huge contribution of coats, hats, scarfs, and clothing provided necessary items for those individuals who were in need. Your additional donation of toiletries, socks, underwear and t-shirts will be distributed next week. Special thanks to James Navarro for donating his time to help us pass out items.
Never 99 along with Chicago Police Department tactical units and @ChicagoCAPS01 were on the move again helping the homeless at the Jackson Red Line. Today we distributed toiletry bags along with a hot meal of soup, provided by Karen Stingley along with fruit, snacks, chips and bottled water to the less fortunate.
Today, Never 99 along with members of OEMC Traffic Management, Jerry Rankins IBEW Local 21 Business Representative , and Officers from the Chicago Police Department Tactical Unit helped the homeless combat the frigid temperatures in Chicago at the CTA Roosevelt stop by providing coats, hats, scarves, gloves, ski pants, hand warmers, and a hot meal.
